Sometimes we get caught up in making sure we know everything before sharing God's word. We look at different ways to approach someone about Christ, we make sure we understand the theological differences of Transubstantiation and all that big word stuff. Paul clearly says that he didn't come with all that, but just Jesus Christ.
What a promise that we get for Isaiah 64:4 "No eye has seen, no ear has heard, no mind has conceived what Got has prepared for those that LOVE him."

@First Anonymous: My translation (the better one) states Isaiah 64:4 a little differently. "No eye has seen, no ear has heard, no mind has seen any other God than You."
Regardless of the specific wording of the passage, the basic thought is still there: there's something out there that is so "unreal" and so different that we can't fathom what it is, be it God Himself or Heaven.
*shakes head* What the cake did I just write...

I guess I look at it like this: did you ever see those pictures that were a magnified portion of a bigger thing and you had to try and figure out the thing? Well, what if we only saw everything at that small, peephole, magified view? We would never be able to comprehend the thing as a whole. Our view of life, God, the world, etc. is so small and infintessimal that we can't begin to imagine God's view. Whoa, that was too deep for Monday! mama P
